〈so ～ that...〉は、「(主語)があまりに～なので…だ」と表現するときに用います。なお、「あまりに～で(主語)は…できない」と表現するときは、that以下の文の主語の後にcan’t/couldn’tなどの否定語が入ります。例えば、キーフレーズは、The rain is so heavy that the rapid service can’t operate.に置き換えることができます。

駅員さんが「雨がひどくて急行が運休です」と言っています。

you guysは「あなたたち」「君たち」という複数の人を指します。これは、youだけだと「あなた」一人なのか、「あなたたち」と数人なのかがはっきりしないので、guys「あなたたち」を一緒に用いることで、複数であるという意味を明確にしています。友人間ではひんぱんに使う、とてもフレンドリーな言い方です。例えば、You guys! Thank you so much for coming today! 「みんな！今日は来てくれてありがとう！」のようになります。
ちなみに、guyは男性しか指しませんが、guysは、性別を問わずに使えます。
