〈～ enough to ...〉は、「主語が…するのに十分～だ」と表現するときに用います。「～」には、形容詞あるいは副詞を置きます。
他にも、She was kind enough to lend me her car.「彼女は車を私に貸すのに十分親切だった→彼女はとても親切で車を貸してくれた」、We couldn’t run fast enough to catch the last train. 「私たちは最終電車に間に合うように十分早く走れなかった→最終電車に間に合わなかった」のように使います。

結局は濡れねずみになってしまったケンとアンディ…。
でも、「少なくともタクシーには乗れてラッキーだった」ね。
何とか、時間どおりにお客さまのオフィスにたどり着けそうです。
人をハラハラさせるのに十分な二人の道中は、ようやく終わりそうです。

motivatedは「やる気のある」という意味の形容詞。driven「意欲のある」やambitious「野心的な」、inspired「鼓舞された」などに置き換えることができます。
challengeは「人の意欲をかきたてる」という意味の動詞なので、受け身でI wasn’t challenged enough in my class.「僕はクラスで意欲をかき立てられなかった→やる気がおこらなかった」という意味になります。このように、〈～enough to ...〉のto以下は、意味が明確な場合、あるいは特に述べる必要がない場合などでは省略することができます。
