〈that ～〉は、「～ということ」という意味で、〈that +主語+動詞〉全体が前の文の目的語となり、名詞の働きをします。キーフレーズの、that it will arrive on timeは、hopeの目的語になっていますね。
〈that +主語+動詞〉は、主にthink「考える」、say「言う」、know「知る、知っている」、hope「望む」などのような動詞の目的語になります。

海外で生活していると、航空便を使うことが多いですよね。
ケンも、日本に小包を送るために郵便局にやって来ました。
郵便局の人に配達日数を確認して、普通郵便で小包を送ることにしたケン。
でも、郵便局の人が「予定どおりに着くといいですね」って言っています。
そ、そんな無責任な…。

Ken : Hi. I’d like to send this package by airmail.	ケン : こんにちは。この荷物を航空便で送りたいのですが。
Postal Worker : Which country would you like to send it to?	郵便局員 : どちらの国に送りますか。
Ken : I’d like to send it to Japan.	ケン : 日本まで送りたいのですが。
Postal Worker : Okay.	郵便局員 : わかりました。
Ken : How long will it take to arrive by express mail?	ケン : 速達だとどのくらいで着きますか？
Postal Worker : It will take about three days.	郵便局員 : だいたい３日くらいです。
Ken : What about by regular mail?	ケン : 普通郵便では？
Postal Worker : It shouldn’t take longer than a week.	郵便局員 : １週間はかからないと思います。
Ken : Okay. Regular mail is fine.	ケン : わかりました。普通郵便でお願いします。
Postal Worker : Okay. I hope that it will arrive in time.	郵便局員 : わかりました。間に合うように着くといいですね。
Ken : Wait a minute.	ケン : ちょっと待って。
Ken : Is the mail often late?	ケン : 郵便の遅れはよくあるんですか？
Postal Worker : It should be fine. Most likely. Maybe.	郵便局員 : 大丈夫ですよ。きっと。たぶん。
Postal Worker : I have my fingers crossed.	郵便局員 : うまくいくように祈ってます。
Ken : That’s not very reassuring...	ケン : ケン：不安だな...。

tap into～は「～を獲得する」「～（知識・情報・資金など）をうまく活用する」という意味。従って、We’ve tapped into the right markets.は「われわれは適切な市場を獲得した」になります。他にも、There must be more efficient ways to tap into the sun's energy.「太陽エネルギーをより効率的に活用する方法があるはずだ」のように使います。
on the right trackは「正しいやり方で」「正しい方向に向かって」という意味の決まった表現。カジュアルな会話では、You’re on the right track!「いい線いってるよ！」のようにも使えます。
