" What do you do here? "を直訳すると、「あなたはここで何をするのですか？」ですが、「ここでは何の仕事をしているのですか？」「仕事は何ですか？」という意味になるので注意しましょう。つまり、「What ＋ do/does + 人 + do?」は、人に職業を尋ねる表現です。

adviser " You’ll be working with him.の“will be 〜ing " は、「〜することになっている」「〜することになりそうだ」という意味の「未来進行形」です。他にも、“We will be talking about this problem in this meeting.”「この会議では、この問題について話し合うことになっています」 のように使います。
