日本では商談交渉の時間は厳密でなく、長引くことが多々ありますが、英語圏ではより厳密です。30分から1時間が一般的で、長くても2時間程度で終わります。結論が出ない場合は、後日交渉を再開することになります。
“Thank you for ~.”は、英文メールの冒頭/末文の定型文としても頻繁に使われます。以下はその代表的な例です。『理由』が明確に示されています。
